Mindfulness skills are proven to boost immunity, decrease stress, and increase quality of life for those who participate. This group teaches a variety of mindfulness skills to people diagnosed with or affected by cancer.  No previous experience necessary!  Please feel free to join us and learn to stay focused and present during this time of intense change.
